I am Mistress Kaizen, a professional Dominatrix, mentor and kink educator based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Over the course of My 15 years as a lifestyle and professional Domme, I have dedicated Myself to the study of human psychology, continuously refining My craft and evolving as a Mistress. That continuous growth is the core of My essence, and the meaning behind My name: Kaizen. Constant evolution.
My approach to BDSM was built through formal training and relentless practice, year after year. I'm certified in sex education, human sexuality and couple dynamics, the foundation for how I read desire and guide power exchange. I trained in hypnosis, which lets Me reach places instinct alone never could. And I studied human behavior and empowerment coaching to read what you need, often before you say it. Because not every mind works the same way, I also trained specifically in sexuality and relationships for neurodivergent people, something I care deeply about.
The Dominatrix

I help those who want to bring this into a relationship learn how to approach a partner and start that conversation, without guesswork or shame. I guide couples finding their footing together, and I mentor professionals building a career in this industry.
The Kink Educator
What I practice in session, I also teach.
As a kink educator, I write My blog, where I unpack what a session with Me really involves, the real differences between femdom, BDSM and kink, how to prepare for your first time, and the practice most people skip, safewords, consent and aftercare. I am the host of Confissões de uma Dominatrix, a podcast where pleasure, power and vulnerability intertwine without censorship. In Portuguese, with English episode summaries here. I created this space to explore BDSM through an intimate, authentic and educational lens, part confession, part classroom. And this conversation doesn't end there, I continue it daily on My social media.
